Common Inquiries

How do I purchase credits?

Go to Wallet in your dashboard. We support Stripe (credit/debit), PayPal, and Lightning/crypto via BTCPay Server or NWC. Add funds there to pay for events, tips, or subscriptions.

How do I access a live event?

After you purchase access, the Watch Now button unlocks on the event page. Make sure you're signed in with the account that completed the purchase.

Experiencing playback lag or buffering?

Check your internet connection first. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for standard quality. Use the player’s quality/settings (gear icon) during playback to lower quality if needed.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are handled case by case. If a broadcast was cancelled or seriously delayed, contact support within 48 hours with your transaction ID. See our Terms of Service for full policy.

How do I become a Creator?

Any verified user can create events. Open your Dashboard and use New Event or New Production to schedule your first live or VOD event. You’ll get a stream key and RTMP details there.

Account Issues

If you have trouble logging in or think your account has been compromised, reset your password right away or contact our security team.
