How do I purchase credits?

Navigate to your Wallet in the dashboard. We support secure transactions via Stripe (Credit/Debit), PayPal, and various Cryptocurrencies through BTCPay Server.

How do I access a live event?

Once you purchase access, the 'Watch Now' button will unlock on the event page. Ensure you are logged into the correct account used for the purchase.

Experiencing playback lag or buffering?

Check your internet connection first. We recommend a minimum of 5Mbps for standard quality. You can adjust the player quality settings in the gear icon during playback.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are reviewed individually. If a broadcast was cancelled or significantly delayed, contact support within 48 hours with your transaction ID.

How do I become a Creator?

Any verified user can create events. Navigate to your Dashboard and select "New Production" to schedule your first live or VOD event.
