The PlayFullScreen Subscription Service Webcast website (the "Site"), and the webcast access (the "Webcast") offered through the Site, are produced and made available by PlayFullScreen ("PFS").
The Site provides a service that enables website visitors to view a LIVE WEBCAST. To access such Service, the user must complete an order form (the "Order").
Automated Billing
Charges and applicable taxes (including GST) will be billed automatically to your designated payment method.
Information Accuracy
You warrant that payment information is valid and must update it promptly upon expiration or change.
Refund Policy
Except as provided herein, all charges are non-refundable. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
THE PFS GROUP DOES NOT MAKE ANY, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ENDORSEMENTS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
In no event shall PFS be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damages whatsoever, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services.
